Our Returns Policy

Returning items purchased on IslaCart is subject to the return policy offered by each individual seller. If you used the I'll Pickup option when you purchased your item and the seller accepts returns, you must return the item directly to the seller from whom the purchase was made.

Yea, thats cute and all, but I did not receive what was advertised

At IslaCart, our goal is to provide you with a  safe and enjoyabe shopping experience. If for any reason you have received the wrong item, or an item that is not functional and was advertised as "in working order" please click here to complete a Returns Request Form immediately. You have 7 days from the day of delivery to return your order.


How to Return An Item

Once a return has been agreed upon by the vendor or IslaCart, please follow these steps:

  • Fill out a Returns Request Form with accurate information

  • You will receive an email with instructions on shipping your item.

  • Package the item carefully (preferably in original package) to avoid any damages.

  • You may choose to drop the package off to a local courier office or arrange for pickup.

  • Once the package is received and inspected by the merchant, a refund will be issued within five to ten business days.


Getting A Refund

Once a Returns Request Form has been received from you, it will be processed within 48 hours. Depending on the nature of the complaint, you may be offered the following options:

  • Return the item for a full refund.

  • Receive a replacement of the item.

  • Accept a store credit.
